I had an excellent experience with Empire Auto Sales! We recently purchased a Mercedes from them, and the entire process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. The staff was professional, honest, and very helpful throughout the whole purchase. They made everything easy, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable with the deal.The car was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and in great condition. 100% would recommend this dealer for used german cars. They clearly have a lot of knowledge about the cars that they sell and they take pride in making their customers happy. Even over the phone they are honest and reasonable. Any concerns they addressed honestly and did not push any decisions on us. I bought a 2017 golf that is in pristine condition inside and out with new brakes, new oil, and amazing tires. The glass on my side mirror popped off 3 days after buying and upon calling, they apologized and immediately offered to replace it for me. They truly put the customer first and have nothing to hide.

After a horrible experience trying to make a purchase at a different dealership we wound up finding the perfect vehicle for my family here at Empire. I found the 2015 suburban online and went to take a look soon after. From the moment we stepped on the lot and were greeted by Danny I just knew this was the place to be. He knew the vehicle almost like it was his own. We did not feel rushed or hurried at all he just hung out and answered all of our questions, got the keys and started it for us. When doing paperwork I was less than competent finding information needed through my phone and Danny was super patient even at points showing me how to get what I needed. We were very upset our first purchase elsewhere fell through but now couldn’t be happier that it did because it brought us to these great guys. Everything happens for a reason and that reason was so we could find Empire and experience how purchasing a used car should be. I can’t thank Danny and Alex enough for all their help and I will absolutely be back next time I need a vehicle.

I would give them a 10 star if I could. They are by far the best used car lot I ever dealt with they backed it up. Even though they didn't have to, i signed paperwork.I was buying it as is. I ended up with a few problems needing a new starter. They put a new battery in and a new starter They put a new thermostat in at no charge.Not only did they do all that they came and got the car right away. And they did all that with no hesitation. Also, they were very fare with the price. They absolutely deserve a 10 star.

Came to empire motors looking to buy a used station wagon about two months ago. Wasn’t able to find what I was looking for on the lot but Danny was able find a cool wagon that I was looking for as a daily and looks good. I asked if they had pictures of the damage of the car and they showed me the damage that it had. It was a full transparent deal and for the car, It’s been great to me. I’ve taken the car to northern Pennsylvania and went to South Carolina and back with zero issues. Great daily driver and also great service from empire motors.
